How many days ahead can I make a rental reservation?

Please make a reservation 2 weeks prior to the rental date.

How long can I rent the items?

You can rent the clothes for up to 2 weeks. If you would like to rent longer, you can extend the rental period to 4 weeks by paying additional fee.

Please add “Extension” in your cart with the set you want to rent.

Rental clothes set which I want to book is shown as sold-out.

Cancel & Returns

How do I return my order?

Pack up your rental items in the garment bag they came in. Make sure the bag is zipped and has a plastic pouch with a delivery label inside. Then just hand it to the hotel reception or JAL ABC counter at Haneda/Narita airport.

What if I cannot return the items within 2 weeks?

Additional charges may apply. Please contact us for details through “Contact us”.

It is going to be charged to cancel the rental items?

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel at least 7 days in advance; if you cancel less than 7 days in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us for details through “Contact us”.

Cleaning & Repairs

Are the rental item washed/cleaned?

Yes, they are all washed and please be sure that they are not brand-new items.

What happens if I lose or damage an item?

We may charge you for the lost/damaged clothes. Please let us know through "Contact us" and return the items as usual.

Shipping

Where can I receive the items?

You can receive your order at the reception of the hotel you stay in.

How much does shipping cost？

Shipping is included in the rental price.

How do you calculate the weight of checked baggage that we may be able to reduce by using Any Wear, Anywhere?
