Any Wear, Anywhere is a clothing rental service for people who will travel to Japan. Our service eliminates the need to pack, bring, or wash your own clothes.
Yes! Our service is open to customers who fly with any airline companies.
Yes. You can specify hotels in different locations. We can deliver and collect your rental clothes any hotels throughout Japan

Any Wear, Anywhere can reduce fuel and CO2 emissions from airplanes by reducing the amount of cargo carried. In addition, our service can extend the life of clothes by renting out clothes originally destined for disposal.
Rentals
You can rent the clothes for up to 5 weeks(35days). Our rental price for each set is for 1~7days rental period.
If you want to rent more than 7 days, please access to "Rent 8+ days" page and add the appropriate products depending on your rental period.

Depending on your rental period, you can select the amount of the rental fee.

Reservation
Yes! Our service is open to customers who fly with any airline companies.
Whenever you have decided your trip to Japan, you can book our service. Please make a reservation at least 2 weeks prior to the rental date.
(*Our service is on trial period. Please make a reservation on or before March 31st, 2025.)

At the moment, reservations can only be made online through our website.
Yes. Please tell us the name and address of the hotel through a Google Form which is sent after your purchase is completed at least a week prior to your trip.
Receive
You can receive your clothes at the reception of the hotel you'll be staying in. Please inform the reception that you are expecting to receive a delivery from Sumitomo Corporation.
Sometimes hotel staff is not fluent in speaking English. In that case, please show a note which we sent you by e-mail. The note explains that you would like to receive a delivery in Japanese.
You will receive clothes in a black garment bag. You don't need to bring a bag to put your clothes in. As for the bag's image, please refer this link.
Return
Pack up your rental items in the garment bag they came in. Make sure the bag is zipped. The plastic pouch should be empty. Hotels don't have to prepare any delivery label. Then just hand it to the hotel reception or JAL ABC counter at Haneda/Narita airport.
You can return your clothes at JAL ABC counter which is located in both Haneda/ Narita Airport. For detailed information of the location. please refer below. You can get a note which explains the same information, when you receive clothes.

Shipping
After your purchase is completed, we will send you a Google form to your e-mail address so that you can specify your delivery location.

It depends on your reservation status. Please let us know through the "Contact us" page.
We deliver your rental clothes to your hotel one day before your check-in. When we send out those clothes, we attach a note to inform for hotel staff that the clothes are addressed to you and ask them to give the clothes to you.
We may charge you for the lost/damaged clothes. Please let us know through the "Contact us" page and return the items as usual.
Cancel
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel at least 7 days in advance; if you cancel less than 7 days in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us for details through the “Contact us” page.
Cleaning&Repairs
Yes, they are all washed and ironed before shipping. Please remember that they are not brand-new items.
You don't have to wash your rental clothes. Please just pack them in the garment bag. If you wish to wash your clothes during your rental period, please do so.
The shipping cost is included in the rental price.

In cooperation with JAL, we monitor how much we can contribute to reducing the amount of cargo carried and CO2 emissions from airplanes. However, you can use Any Wear, Anywhere if you use the other airlines.
