Why am I reading this?

Any Wear, Anywhere is sensitive to privacy issues and we are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of those people whose information we handle.

To demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy, we created this Privacy Policy to tell you what information we hold about you and how we use it and also to explain the rights that you have over your information.


What is Any Wear, Anywhere?

Any Wear, Anywhere is a website operated by Sumitomo Corporation. This Privacy Policy covers the use of your information by Sumitomo Corporation, the operator of the Any Wear, Anywhere website and the controller of your information. Any references in this Privacy Policy to “we”, “our”, “us” etc. will be interpreted as a reference to Sumitomo Corporation.

We collect personal information you provide voluntarily by signing up to our services on our website.

We will hold the information you provide to us when signing up, which includes your name, email and contact details. If you further decide to use our service and provide your flight booking details, we will also hold that information as well.

Through Cookies

When you visit our website we will capture information about you via the use of cookies on some of our web pages, provided we have your consent. Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information.

The information our cookies collect will be limited to a session ID Cookie. Personal information and IP address are not collected through our cookies. Cookies are destroyed after the session is over. Your information as indicated in the table below will also be shared with the airline company(ies) that operated your flight(s) to Japan when you used the Any Wear, Anywhere service.  We share this information to help measure the CO2 reductions resulting from the use of Any Wear, Anywhere.

Where is my information stored?
