How do I return my order?

Pack up your rental items in the garment bag they came in. Make sure the clear pocket attached to the bag is empty. Then just hand the bag to the hotel reception or JAL ABC counter at HND/NRT airport.

What if I cannot return the items within 2 weeks?

It is going to be charged to cancel the rental items?

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel at least 7 days in advance; if you cancel less than 7 days in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us for details through “Contact us”.

Yes, they are all washed and please be sure that they are not brand-new items.

What happens if I lose or damage an item?
