Please make a reservation 2 weeks prior to the rental date.
You can rent the clothes for up to 2 weeks. If you would like to rent longer, you can extend the rental period to 4 weeks by paying additional fee.
- Extension fee for all set : + 2,000 JPY
Please add “Extension” in your cart with the set you want to rent.

Cancel & Returns
Pack up your rental items in the garment bag they came in. Make sure the bag is zipped and has a plastic pouch with a delivery label inside. Then just hand it to the hotel reception or JAL ABC counter at Haneda/Narita airport.

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel at least 7 days in advance; if you cancel less than 7 days in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us for details through “Contact us”.
Cleaning & Repairs
Yes, they are all washed and please be sure that they are not brand-new items.
We may charge you for the lost/damaged clothes. Please let us know through "Contact us" and return the items as usual.
Shipping
You can receive your order at the reception of the hotel you stay in.
Shipping is included in the rental price.
