Cancel & Returns
Pack up your rentals in the garment bag they came in. Remove the prepaid return label from the inside pocket of the garment bag and insert it into the plastic pouch on the outside of the bag. Fold the bag, tuck in the handles, and zip it shut. Then, you're ready to hand it to the hotel reception.

Cleaning & Repairs
Yes, they are all washed and please be sure that they are not brand-new items.
We may charge you for the lost/damaged clothes. Please let us know through "Contact us" and return the items as usual.
Shipping
You can receive your order at the reception of the hotel you stay in.
